day to day activities..

i have been sleeping really late for the past few days ad... was kinda stressed out cause i am this week restaurant's manager and at the same time i gotta study for the menu for upselling... so usually i'll do research about the menu til late night.. and that is why whenever im invited in the chat room with the KEPOCHIs, im always not there... sorry... STRESS LA.. understand la ha.... then was glad that i got quite a good result for French oral assessment.. i know most of you wondering why my blog is like so dead rite?? there.. the reason is already stated up there ^^^!!

so today was the day..... that big STRESSFUL day... OMG... i really need to learn how to organise myself before i can lead the team... seriously... i was so disorganised that i somehow almost killed myself... cant imagine how many times i climbed up and down the stairs... freaking 6 TIMES!!! i know... got lift to use why didnt?? that's because im lazy to wait for it.. so i decided to be a "Superwoman" to run up and down many times... crazy but true... exercise... kononla nak dietkan?? yeah rite... make me tired only got.. but fats still maintain in my body.. especially my BUTT!! giler besar...dpt byk komen dari mak cik... ask to cut the fats there.. OMG... i'll try ok, i'll try... then today i didnt go for break also during the class... the only meal i ate was wan tan mee at 10 am until 11pm... crazy rite?? manager ma... ms jasmine also said : yeah i know... most manager wont have the appetite to eat cause i'll always hunt them down to get things done... you know i was so stressed because i didnt do my job well.. i forgotten this and that.. haihhh... 'LO YAN NGOI ZING' old ppl symptom.. die die die... how to survive like that?? i dunno....

then while i send others for break, i was busy doing my last minute "preparation" my reservation list also belum buat.. such a good and organised manager; i know.. thanks....... haihh... i was very lucky that my classmates are all very helpful.. really helped me a lot.. i shall thank one by one.. : thank you so much brendan, suyin, avril, tsuey kuan, jack, hafiz, hans, sim, suk yin, nicole, chun min, and carmen.. yes... i followed the table number if you're wondering.. LOL.. and so sorry to avril for making you didnt get to eat jst now.. im so sorry again..

during class... my guests came late but was lucky that i managed to do things all in time.. my guests ate fast that's why.. then today i had crepes flambe... WALAOEH..... I TELL YOU... today when i wanted to flambe, the fire came up for a while only then vanished... *pooF!* then mr. alex said it might be the fan which was making me hard to catch the fire.. then go for 2nd attemp... so yeah... meaning, 2nd shot of brandy.. OMG.. and i failed again!! this time was because i didnt heat up the front of the pan hot enough to flambe.. so mr. alex tried again with the 3rd attempt.. this time, my shooter glass still got some brandy and triple sec.. i had to mix both in a glass. mr. alex used that and shit... he caught the flame.. haihhh...... i need to practice more on that...
guess what's the results of trying many times to catch the fire... that's rite... i made the guests drunk... LOL!!! i went behind and tasted the sauce.. OMG!!! i only tasted brandy and triple sec.. i didnt taste sugar and orange juice.. shit.. sorry louis and frens... thank god malaka dun consume alcohol.. hahaha..

then after class, went to oldtown kopitiam with carmen (OMG AGAIN!??!?! rite??) lol.. it's like a weekly routine after class.. LOL.. i didnt eat during the break ma.. that's why go eat lo.. i ate toasted bread with kaya and butter *double* and zi mut nai cha.. walao.. damn full!! my stomach shrunk.. tahan hunger til no feeling ad.. then talk talk talk with carmen.. then met up with tsuey kuan, tsuey teng, paul and vee there.. and then talk talk talk.. then left the place around 12.30.. this time no 1-2hrs session of chit chatting in the car with carmen.. tired and got things to do and got class tmr at 11... then went home couldnt sleep.. cause had a caffeinated drink jst now.. so chat with esther and played pool with shoeb at the same time watched a THAI GAY MOVIE CALLED LOVE OF SIAM(nice movie..) omg.... MARIO damn cute.... *drools*... cant believe i can watch until so long... thought of going to sleep by 4am... and you should be able to guess i slept after 4 rite?? yes!! you're damn rite!! IT'S 6.24 AM now and im still not asleep and HYPER!!! i know!! YOU SIAO AR?!?!?! GOT CLASS LATER AT 11 AND STILL NOT SLEEPING!??!!? WTH.. rite?? lol... that's me after drinking caffeinated drink.. hehehe...

ok la.. i mau pergi bobo skrg... need to wake up at 9.30 later.. good thing driving to college tmr.. if not.. have to wake up earlier to "CHASE" the train.. so.. toodles!!
